Where are my scripts, presentations and reference files?
Open Reference library in your member workspace. Search by topic or specialist, then choose Read the reference. Text for my AI gives you a file to attach to your AI conversation. Original document preserves the supplied form, diagram or layout. The complete member ZIP contains the same library for offline use.
Which file do I upload from the new member kit?
Extract the ZIP and upload HARRIS-TEAM.txt to your AI. Open START-HERE.html for the offline guide. The library and printable guides are references, not required reading before setup. If your AI cannot accept the full file, upload HARRIS-TEAM-CORE.txt and add the workflow or reference you need.
Are the advanced software and integrations already active?
No. The standard member setup uses the prepared team files in your AI account. The separate advanced runtime requires a valid publisher-issued license, technical installation and tested connections. Loading the member file does not activate that runtime or connect apps. Ask your deployment contact about advanced setup.
I’m not technical. Can I really use this?
Yes. The basic setup asks you to download a folder, upload one file to your AI and paste a message we supply. You do not write code or build the specialist roles. Keep the activation guide open beside your AI and do one step at a time. Art can help you find the next step whenever you need it.
Do I have to take an AI course first?
No. Start with a piece of work you already understand, such as preparing for a seller appointment. The package supplies the instructions; you supply the business facts. You can become more comfortable by using the team, without completing a separate AI course first.
What exactly is the Harris AI Real Estate Team?
It is a prepared collection of ten named AI specialist roles, Harris operating instructions and 101 real estate workflows. You load the team into your chosen AI account. Avery, the Chief of Staff, helps you choose the role and workflow for the work you bring. The AI prepares drafts, briefs, checklists and plans for your review.
What does “done for you” mean?
The roles, operating instructions, workflows, starting messages and deployment guides are already written. You do the short activation process and add your own business context. You do not have to design the team. Client conversations, approvals and real-world actions remain yours unless you separately arrange an integration.
How are the specialists trained?
Each role comes with Harris real estate instructions, assigned workflows and standards for checking facts and preparing useful work. Here, “trained” means configured with that material. We have not trained a separate underlying AI model or hired human employees. The quality of a particular answer still depends on the AI, the facts you provide and your review.
Who is this designed for?
Real estate agents who want practical help with the recurring work around prospecting, follow-up, listings, buyers and business operations. It is especially useful when you know what good work looks like but spend too much time preparing everything yourself. You can work solo or use it alongside an existing human team.
Where does my team actually work?
The visual team setup uses Grok Bot. Create each specialist profile with the included name, role card and portrait. Your Harris workspace holds the files and setup help; it does not run the bots. ChatGPT and Claude guides provide text-based role alternatives with a different interface.
What should I ask the team to do first?
Choose a small task you can judge: a seller appointment agenda, a follow-up draft from your notes or tomorrow’s priorities. Say, “Avery, here is what I need help with,” then add the relevant facts. Ask for one finished deliverable. Review it before giving the team a larger assignment.
Who are the ten specialists?
Avery is your Chief of Staff. Grant handles prospecting preparation; Simone, lead follow-up; Steve, listings; Claire, buyers; Carla, transactions; Stacey, database and referrals; Owen, numbers and profit; Mia, content and authority; and Lucas, business operations. Art is your deployment guide here on the website, in addition to those ten business roles.
What are the 101 workflows?
They are written instructions for recurring real estate tasks: listing-presentation preparation, seller updates, prospecting, buyer consultations, follow-up, business planning, content and more. Each describes the inputs, process and expected work. You can browse the workflow index in your team folder. You do not need to memorize all 101 names.
Do I have to know which specialist to ask?
No. Start with Avery and describe the job in ordinary words. Avery can identify the appropriate role and workflow. In the basic setup, those roles work within the same AI conversation. Communication between separately created bots depends on the provider’s actual tools and permissions.
Can this work alongside my assistant or transaction coordinator?
Yes. Use the AI to prepare a draft, checklist or handoff that your human team can review. Agree on who approves the work and where the final version belongs. Before giving another person access to the paid package, check the license terms supplied with your purchase; a personal purchase is not automatically a brokerage-wide license.
Will the team know my market, goals and business?
It knows what you provide and what the AI can actually access. Download your business brief from the plan and attach it beside the team file. Add approved market facts, your goals and your standards. Tell the AI which facts are current. It should ask for missing information instead of guessing.
Can the team write in my voice?
Give it two or three examples of your own writing with private information removed. Explain who you are writing to, the point you want to make and any phrases you avoid. Ask for a draft that matches those examples, then edit it as needed. You do not have to accept the first version.
Will the team contact clients or run in the background?
The included single-file setup prepares work when you ask. It does not, by itself, send email, make calls, post content, monitor deadlines or run your CRM. Those actions require separate connections and permissions. Your team can prepare the message and next step for you to approve and carry out.
Does buying the team guarantee more closings or income?
No. It gives you prepared tools for doing the work around your business. Your conversations, follow-through, market conditions and decisions still affect results. Use the team on work that supports prospecting, appointments and client service, then track what you actually do and what changes.
Do I need ChatGPT, Claude and Grok?
Start with Grok Bot for the visual team setup. You need an eligible account; provider subscription and usage charges are separate. The download includes role cards, portraits and profile instructions. ChatGPT and Claude are text-based alternatives and do not recreate the visual team. You do not need all three accounts.
Is my AI subscription included in the $4,997?
No. The $4,997 is the one-time Harris team package price. Your chosen AI-provider account is separate, including any subscription or usage charges it requires. You do not need to buy three AI subscriptions to use the team. Check your provider’s current plan details rather than relying on an old price list.
Can I get started in under five minutes?
The basic single-file setup is designed to get you started in under five minutes with your AI account already open and ready. Download and open the folder, attach the team file, paste the instructions and check Avery’s reply. Account creation, slow uploads or setting up separate bots can take longer. This is a setup target, not a measured guarantee for every user.
What do I do with the ZIP after downloading it?
Find it in Downloads. On a Mac, double-click it. On Windows, right-click and choose Extract All, then Extract. Open the new Harris-AI-Team folder. Double-click START-HERE.html to open your guide. Keep that guide open while you set up your AI.
Which file do I upload to my AI?
Upload HARRIS-TEAM.txt from the extracted folder. Wait until processing finishes. START-HERE.html is your guide, and the ZIP is the container you open first. If the full team file is rejected, use the smaller HARRIS-TEAM-CORE.txt with the individual workflow you need, following the fallback instructions.
Where do I paste the starting message?
Follow the matching platform guide. It distinguishes the standing instructions from your first chat message. Use the Copy button beside the message, switch to your AI, click its message box and paste. On Mac, paste with Command+V; on Windows, Ctrl+V. Send the message after the team file has finished uploading.
How do I know the setup worked?
Use the included setup-check message. Ask Avery to identify the files it can read, name all ten specialists and find the actual weekly-seller-update workflow and its required inputs. If it cannot find that workflow, return to the upload step. A successful check confirms access to the instructions; it does not prove an external integration is connected.
Can I use this on a phone or tablet?
Your provider may support those devices, but use a computer for the first setup if you can. Downloading, extracting a folder and moving between the guide and AI are easier on a larger screen. After setup, use the devices your provider supports and check that the same project or conversation has your files.
Do I need to create ten separate bots?
Start by getting Avery working with the team file. For the visual team in Grok Bot, then create the other nine specialist profiles using GROK-BOT-EXPANSION.txt, the role cards and the portraits. This takes additional setup time. Uploading the file alone does not create those profiles.
What does a normal working day with the team look like?
Bring Avery your priorities, give a specialist one assignment with the relevant facts and review the work it prepares. For example, Steve can prepare tomorrow’s seller appointment while Simone drafts follow-up from the lead notes you supply. Save approved work in the systems your business already uses.
Can the team find comparable sales or current market facts for me?
That depends on your provider’s tools and the sources it can access. The package does not include MLS access or a market-data subscription. Supply verified comps and current market facts when the task needs them. Ask the AI to show where each claim comes from, and check the source yourself.
Should I upload private client information?
Use the minimum information needed and follow your brokerage’s approved AI practices. Remove account numbers, identity documents and other sensitive details from examples. Check the provider’s data controls before sharing client information. Art does not need passwords, payment details or a private client file to help with setup.
Do I need to check the team’s work?
Yes. Check facts, calculations, names, dates, promises and the fit for your client before using a draft. Use your brokerage’s approved forms and processes for regulated work. If a fact is missing, ask the AI to mark it “to confirm” instead of completing the gap on its own.
Will the team remember everything between conversations?
Do not assume it will. Memory and project behavior depend on your provider and settings. Keep an updated business brief and save important outputs. At the end of a session, ask Avery for confirmed changes, open tasks and next actions. Bring that snapshot into the next conversation if needed.
Can I move the team to another AI later?
The package contains portable text files and guides for the supported options. Keep your download and current business brief, then follow the other platform’s guide. Existing chat history and provider-specific features may not move with you. Run the setup check again in the new account.
Can I use the team at night or on weekends?
You can ask for help whenever your AI provider is available and your account has capacity. There is no employee schedule to arrange. Providers can still have outages and usage limits. Art’s on-site setup guide is available around the clock when this website is reachable.
Who is Art, and what can he help with?
Art is your Harris deployment guide. Ask about choosing a setup path, finding the right file, copying the starting message, checking the setup or fixing a common problem. Art answers from this Harris FAQ and points you to the relevant steps. You can use the guide before buying and while activating your team.
Is Art’s help available 24/7?
Yes. Art’s guided answers are available here at any time, without booking a call. That is automated setup help, not a promise that a human is staffing a desk around the clock. Art cannot access your account or repair an AI provider’s outage. If the answer is not covered, he helps you prepare a clear support summary.
My upload failed or the file is too large. What now?
First, confirm you extracted the ZIP and selected HARRIS-TEAM.txt. Wait for any upload already in progress. If your account rejects the file or hits a limit, follow its displayed guidance. The package also includes HARRIS-TEAM-CORE.txt plus separate WORKFLOWS files so you can load a smaller set. Upload the workflow needed for your setup check, then try the check again.
My AI doesn’t recognize Avery or the Harris team. How do I fix it?
Check that you are in the project or conversation where you uploaded the team file. Confirm that processing completed. Paste the standing instruction again if it was not saved, then run the setup-check message. If the AI still cannot read the file, reattach the appropriate file and ask it to identify what it can actually access.
The answer is generic or misses what I need. Can I improve it?
Yes. Name the deliverable, add the missing facts and show one example of the standard you want. Try: “Steve, use the listing-presentation-prep workflow. Here are my seller notes. Give me the appointment agenda and mark any missing pricing inputs.” Ask for a focused revision. If the workflow is unreadable, fix the file access first.
What happens if my AI stops responding?
Save any visible work first. Read the provider’s message for an outage, usage limit or connection issue, and check its official status or help page. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same request. Art can help you separate a setup issue from a provider issue, but cannot restore a provider service or bypass its limits.
What if Art can’t solve my problem?
Use Art’s support-summary option. Include your AI provider, device, setup step, the exact error without private information and what you already tried. Keep that summary ready for the support channel shown in your purchase or account email. Art prepares the summary for you to send; copying it does not submit a support request.
What does the $4,997 purchase include?
The offer includes all ten specialist roles, 101 Harris workflows, the member workspace, searchable reference library, printable guides, tracker workbook, portable team package, platform setup guides and Art’s on-site deployment help. Free team updates and upgrades are included for the first 12 months after purchase. Your AI-provider subscription is separate. Review access and purchase terms at checkout.
Are updates and upgrades included?
Yes. Your purchase includes team updates and upgrades released during the first 12 months after purchase, at no extra charge. Premier Coaching is not part of this offer. Any later update offer will have its own terms; no later fee is stated here.
Is the complete team free for Premier or Libertas members?
No. The full done-for-you team is a separate purchase for everyone, including existing Premier Coaching and Libertas members. Your existing benefits remain yours. Access to the older free AI Business Lab is different from ownership of this complete team package.
What happens after I buy?
After payment, you receive purchase confirmation and a sign-in link for your private team package. Download the folder, open START-HERE.html and follow the guide for your AI. Art can help with each setup step.
What are the refund and update terms?
Team updates and upgrades are free for the first 12 months after purchase. Read the purchase terms linked at checkout for the refund policy and delivery details. Keep a copy with your receipt. If a term is unclear, ask the support contact shown there before buying; Art cannot change purchase terms or approve a refund.
What happens when I request the free plan?
You provide your name and email so we can deliver your plan. You can separately choose to receive Harris tips and AI-team follow-up emails, and unsubscribe from those messages. The site also records limited journey events, such as a team-page visit or setup step, to identify where people get stuck. Those analytics events do not include your typed business answers or card details.
